Calling all school visionaries and designers: at least $6 million is being awarded to new breakthrough model schools or total redesigns of existing schools. Next Generation Learning Challenges announces the second cycle of its fourth wave of grants to accelerate technology-enabled next-generation learning: 12 new school launch grants totaling $450K each for designers of blended, personalized, competency-based secondary schools opening in the fall of 2014.
