Teacher spotlight: Tom DeRosa

I Want to Teach Forever, by Tom DeRosa, is a fantastic teacher blog.  Tom is a teacher, writer and blogger living in the Rio Grande Valley.
His blog is always filled with amazing lists of resources for teachers that are available online.  Throughout the year, DeRosa keeps pouring on terrific lists of helpful, amusing and amazing teacher resources.
For instance, his post of educator blogs – he lists hundreds of them — is excellent.  It has inspired us to spotlight educator blogs.
DeRosa’s top post from 2010 was a list of brain exercises for students.
His writing makes for a great read. You may also want to check out his book, Teaching is Not a Four Letter Word. We appreciate the title.
