Spearheaded:

The implementation of a multilingual communication platform for a large school district.

Led:

The parent-initiated charge for SEL in her children’s school district.

I’m passionate about our work because:
I continue to be amazed by the outstanding innovations in education and am driven by the fact that not all young people have access to it. Accelerating the rate of change and ensuring that it is done equitably is a huge goal of mine.

My favorite learning experience is:
Uncovering a problem, big or small, and using empathy, persistence, passion and creativity to try to solve it.

My role in three words:
Inspirational & Committed Changemaker

I’m currently learning about:
Living the life that I want to live, aspiring to have a healthier balance of work, family and self. The last few years have resulted in a lot of change for me and I’m working to better know my priorities and more fully live into them on a daily basis.

I’m currently working on:
Making sense of my wide range of experiences and using this understanding to feel at peace in the next phase of my life. By continuing to stay grounded in the experiences I’ve had, I can continue to work towards always remaining empathetic to the experiences of the people who are in the frontlines of the work that I am supporting.
