On this episode of EduCatered Shawnee is joined by Gabby Dedrick, High School Math and Robotics Coach and Teacher at Notre Dame de Sion in Kansas City, a school that she herself attended!

Notre Dame de Sion is an all-girls school that focuses on empowering minds, transforming hearts and impacting others. Gabby has been an educator for nine years and when she’s not teaching, Gabby loves shopping to clear her mind.

I feel like teaching is a ministry. In order for me to be able to be effective as a teacher, a leader and in everything else that I do, I have to be at peace and I have to find that inner peace first before I start the day.
