Past strategies in recruiting, developing and dismissing teachers won’t cut it today. Technology makes it possible to identify the great teachers and make them available to more students. New strategies can include:

  • Teacher specialization
  • Multi-classroom leadership
  • Time-technology swaps, and
  • Remote teaching.
