About
Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center, located in Estes Park, Colorado, is a unique residential high school serving students from across the United States. Founded by the American Honda Education Corporation, Eagle Rock offers an alternative approach to education, focusing on personal growth, community, and experiential learning for students who may not have thrived in traditional school settings.
The school’s curriculum emphasizes real-world learning, critical thinking, and personal accountability. Students engage in interdisciplinary courses, service projects, and leadership opportunities that challenge them academically and socially. Eagle Rock also offers individualized learning plans to help each student explore their passions, develop their strengths, and achieve their goals.
The residential program fosters a tight-knit community where students live, learn, and collaborate in a supportive environment. Advisors, teachers, and mentors work closely with students to provide personalized guidance and build meaningful relationships.
In addition to the school, Eagle Rock operates a Professional Development Center that works with educators nationwide to improve educational practices and create more inclusive and effective learning environments.
Eagle Rock School’s mission is to empower young people to take ownership of their education and their lives, preparing them to become responsible, active contributors to society.
