Infographic: Technology Use On American College Campuses

Generation Y and X have been coined the “digital natives,” yet what do they really think about blended learning and classroom technologies? A recent survey of college students and an infographic published by OnlineColleges.net give us some clues.
The majority of students surveyed preferred blended courses that offer seminars, smaller breakout classes and an online component over lectures with all or no online component. While many students want technology to be a component of their learning, they feel that their college or university could improve their access, use and effectiveness of technology for learning.
