Building on last year’s first Chicago Startup Weekend Education (SWEDU) is the 2014 Educelerate Conference: Post-Secondary Start-ups in Success. This addition to the Chicago Startup Weekend Education will gather leading education designers, administrators and entrepreneurs for a one-day convening on innovations in education.
Taking place the day before SWEDU, the all-day conference features seven interactive panels, professional development and networking opportunities with thought leading speakers and moderators. Stay throughout the weekend for SWEDU where in 54 hours participants will share ideas, form teams, build products and launch education startups. Educelerate Conference proceeds will support in funding a SWEDU team that best addresses the unique challenges of non-traditional students. The winning team at SWEDU will be invited in by the new DV X EdTeach Incubator at 1871.
