India PE reported that Kaizen Management Advisors is raising a $150-200M  education fund.

Over the next few years we’ll see public expenditures climb from 3% to 6% and more openness to private school managers.  The combo makes the market hot for private investment.

Look for innovations from the bottom to the top of the pyramid with implications for the developing world.
