Director of Strategy

Timeline: Hiring immediately

The Role

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of relevant work experience for the role of Director of Strategy at Getting Smart. This position will:

🔘 Lead strategic planning efforts for a variety of clients including schools, districts and learning organizations.
🔘 Manage client engagements with strategy components such as go to market strategy, scaling strategies, sustainability planning and organization development.
🔘 Utilize and grow education and learning market expertise to lead and support strategy projects.
🔘 Contribute to thought leadership opportunities such as blogs, speeches and presentations related to education strategy.

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive benefits. Some travel may be required beginning in 2022.

Rebecca Midles is an innovator in competency education and personalized learning with over twenty years of experience as teacher, administrator, board member, consultant and parent.

Erik Day

Erik manages projects for Getting Smart’s strategic advisory partnerships. With a system-oriented outlook and a background in marketing and communication, he oversees the details that ensure our partners’ initiatives are powerful and effective
