The spring learning series introduces Highlander Institute’s Culturally Responsive and Sustaining Pedagogy (CRSP) Framework – an approach for instructional equity grounded in anti-racist, personalized practices that is at the center of our school redesign efforts. Session participants will explore strategies to support the development of equitable, relevant, and effective schools with teachers, leaders, and community stakeholders
Session 2: Leading Inclusive Change
Through the equity lens offered by Highlander Institute’s CRSP instructional framework, explore key leadership moves and a change management process to support targeted improvements infused with the flexibility and resiliency required to reach sustainable scale.
