This is a remote position with a location preference for Indiana, Missouri, South Carolina and Washington State.

The Role: We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of relevant social media and blog management experience for the Digital Content Coordinator role at Getting Smart. The role will report to the Director of Communications and includes:
🔘 Managing and organizing content across Getting Smart’s publishing channels to support client projects, editorial themes and thought leadership
🔘 Managing Getting Smart’s social media channels and growing our audience and engagement.
🔘 Providing editorial advising and support on staff and guest blogs
🔘 Writing original content to support projects, campaigns and themes
🔘 Content creation and curation for Getting Smart social media channels and blog, including reviewing content pitches and providing feedback
🔘 Managing the loading and promotion of blogs
🔘 Supporting a team of teacher bloggers and columnists
This is a full-time salaried position with competitive benefits. Some travel may be required beginning in 2022.
