The Role: Our ideal candidate has spent 5-7 years working in the education ecosystem and/or related business and has been involved with the strategy, marketing and organizational growth practices. This role will include: 

  • Support client engagements with strategy components such as go-to-market strategy, scaling strategies, sustainability planning and organization development 
  • Support strategic planning efforts, with emphasis on design-based, iterative strategies.  
  • Support marketing services such as go-to-market strategies, market positioning and research. 
  • Co-facilitate and support the development of engaging agendas and materials/content preparation. 
  • Lead organization and management of project management software for client projects.
  • Lead and support logistics, engagement and client communication.
  • Engage as a thought partner within our Getting Smart team and deliver confidence in contributing to our internal growth.
  • Be an active learner and have the willingness to grow your knowledge and understanding of education.

The Details: Total compensation for this role is market driven, including a base salary of $70,000. Some travel is required pending local safety and health guidelines. In addition, Getting Smart offers:
