Lumina Foundation posted lessons learned from an 18 month long inquiry about the potential next generation of student supports for college access and success at NextGenerationHub.
Strategy Director Sheri Ranis said, “Much of what we’ve put together is basic information about conceptualizing and designing student supports with an eye to leveraging technology and attending to both customization and scale of services.”
Highlights include:
- A $100k prize for a fully coded front-end user interface prospective students at community college to more easily navigate key information about potential courses of study. Deadline: April 30.
- Roadmap for the tech marketplace.
- Blogs from the six grantees of Lumina’s “Envisioning the Next Generation of Student Supports” project.
