News broke out late Thursday that there’s some discrepancy over the real role of Getting Smart Bloggers. The blog’s team of teachers hold strong with the statement that they’re spending their time “getting smart.” Yet, other sources claim that the bloggers are simply putting their feet up, wasting their time with 140 characters.
“I can’t explain it. I sit down at my computer and the moment my finger tips touch the keys, I’m – getting smart,” said Adam Renfro after being caught multitasking on his latest edtech commentary.
Reports show that school administrators are concerned that the bloggers are getting out of control with their posts and that the ideas are getting far too intelligent and viral. The amount of crowd sourcing that’s happening over at Getting Smart is causing serious online collaboration and bandwidth issues.
