Teach for America Launches in Brazil

We have been unable to find any English language versions of this story, but Teach for America launched today a version of the popular educator program in Brazil. The program is called Ensina and was the brainchild of a few Harvard alums, who wanted to do what they could to improve education in Brazil.
More information will be forthcoming when I have had a chance to interview the principal players in the introduction. Stay tuned.
In English the program is called “Teach for All.” The program was brought to Brazil by Maira Pimentel, and Ana Gabriela Pessoa, a Harvard alumn who we have featured on this site before.
