PLATO Launches New STEM Courses & Customer Support

PLATO Learning, an online learning provider, announced this week the launch of its winter product release, which will expand its course offerings in STEM, language learning, and college preparedness as well as a support site for customers.
New STEM offerings include physics, precalculus, integrated physics and chemistry courses as a part of the PLATO Secondary Academic Library. In addition, English and Spanish language content – developed in cooperation with Middlebury Interactive – is available for K-12 and post-secondary organizations. What’s more, a simulated test will help prepare high schoolers for writing portions of college entrance exams such as the ACT.
Lastly, PLATO launched a support site for its customers to enhance and personalize the user interface, allowing customers to chat live with representatives.
“We’re pleased to further expand our course offerings as we continue to support educators in their mission to help their learners make successful transitions,” said Jamie Candee, PLATO vice president for product and marketing. “Our product releases reflect our commitment listen to our customers, respond to their needs, and deliver on our promises.”
