Position Overview:

Work closely with engineering and product management leads to initially handle go-to-market activities during beta stage of platform rollout, migrating to a long term business and partnerships management role.  Select product management responsibilities as well. Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
Exceptional communication and project management skills, along with entrepreneurial experience/skill set; direct experience in the classroom as a teacher or volunteer highly valuable; additional background in a high performance business setting essential, such as consulting, technology or investment banking; MBA preferred although not mandatory; alternatively, Masters in Education or Educational Technology very helpful.

Demonstrated commitment to urban education; belief that every student regardless of background can excel academically; track record of holding self and others accountable for outcomes; understand and use a variety of instructional strategies including online and project-based learning; success at mobilizing staff and community members toward common goals. Graduate degree required; Masters in Education or Educational Technology from a top university preferred.
